I cannot believe the difference hiring the data cleansing company to clear out our systems has made. I seriously thought that we were going to have to invest in a new computer system because ours was malfunctioning so much.
I was on a couple different forums trying to learn about new systems for the office and learned that it might not be the actual hardware that was causing the problems. There are many people that have thrown out good systems just because there were bad files stored in them that caused many problems.
I was so glad to learn that it was not really a problem with the computer and that it was probably more of a problem with the files that were stored in it. After the company did their cleaning thing, the computer ran so much better. It was like we had bought new systems altogether.
I can only imagine how much money the companies that buy broken computer equipment make off of companies that do not have their computers maintenance done regularly and instead buy new ones for the business. I know that we were very close to doing this and now we are able to use them for a while longer.
I did not tell many of the employees that I was having this done. I wanted to wait and see if they could tell the difference between the way things were running before and how they run now. I have gotten a lot of feedback from many of the employees that have asked if we had upgraded to new systems. It is great. I did not have to spend several thousands of dollars to get the performance of a new system. It makes me very happy and I know that the next time we have issues I will be calling this company again.
